POSITION:

PURPOSE:

The Trade Marketing manager will be responsible for planning, managing, & executing snacking brands channels & market plans. Working closely with Sales managers to ensure the delivery of our growth objectives & execution fundamentals  across key markets, channels, & brands. 

He/She will liaise with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure prompt execution of plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the planning, and execution of In-market trade & customer activities across GCC.

Optimize, Manage and Govern Trade & distributor spending, pricing & value chains.

Own Brands in-store performance focusing on driving Share gain, Sales growth, & execution excellence.

Own Sales forecasting and commercial S&OP input.

Own and Govern Trade spending budgets across all GCC markets delivering optimized spending and strong ROI.

Lead the E-Retail & Ecommerce sales fundamental executions, ensuring availability, visibility, and assortment are well managed & executed

Extract and Analyze external performance reports (EPOS & Nielsen) assessing performance gaps and driving recommendations and actions for key markets and brands.

Own the development, production and execution of Market visibility assets and materials.

Participate in the development of Joint business planning with key customers in key markets.

Lead the reporting of Sales KPIs across markets and distributors, providing recommendations on opportunities and challenges.

 Introduce Net revenue management driving brands profitability in line with P&L Targets.

Work closely cross functionally with Sales, finance, Supply chain & marketing to progress the brands growth agenda.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 8 years of FMCG experience.

Minimum 5 years of trade marketing experience.

GCC experience is a must.

Ecommerce experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects.

Excellent MS office skills.

Strong analytical, influencing,  negotiation and interpersonal skills.
