• Ensure boutique sales targets are met

• Manage Corporate / bulk customers as directed by your Manager

• Ensure that store hygiene standards are always met and that all products are

   handled accordingly

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store

• Maintain merchandise and ensure proper display, storage, etc.

• Assure smooth shop opening, closing if involved

• Use the prescribed selling techniques to provide customers with a friendly, courteous

experience

• Operate the cash register to accurately compute the price of the product and receive

payment

• Arrange and package all gift orders according to the sale order

• Accurately record the product usage in the system

• Control shrinkage and product spoilage notify Supervisor / Manager

• Reporting any malfunctioning equipment to the Supervisor / Manager

• Taking receipt of all packaging and other materials

• Participate in year-end inventory and regular cycle

• Help colleagues and jr. peers to learn and perform their job well

  Report to the Manager on customer feedback and complaints

• Monitor stock levels and share findings with your manager

What Will Your Day Look Like?

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a premium retail experience within our boutique. You will engage with customers, drive sales of luxury products, and represent the brand with professionalism and exceptional service standards. In this role, you will also provide guidance and support to junior team members, contribute to store operations, and ensure the boutique maintains its high visual and presentation standards. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the boutique team in day-to-day performance.

  • Achieve boutique sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service always.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior team members in their development.
  • Manage relationships with corporate and bulk clients as directed.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, product displays, and stock levels.
  • Maintain awareness of promotions, campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare and process customer orders, including accurate billing and gift packaging.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to guide and educate customers.
  • Apply advanced selling techniques to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and control shrinkage, spoilage, and inventory accuracy.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, customer feedback, and operational issues to the manager.
  • Participate in year-end inventory and regular stock cycle counts.
  • Support colleagues and junior staff in learning and executing their roles effectively.
  • Continuously monitor stock levels and communicate insights to the manager.

Education and Experience

  • High School graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years retail experience required, preferably in luxury products or premium food items.

  • Customer Handling Skills: Ability to address customer requests effectively while using psychological selling techniques learned in training.
