PURPOSE:

The sales Executive will contribute to achieving Agrivita sales targets related to the open market (municipality & Own outlet) channel by identifying potential customers, building relationships with them, executing sales, and providing customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the feed sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's feed products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting progress against targets and key performance indicators.
  • MIS & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet Agthia and department requirements, policies, and standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in Feed sales or Animal health market.
  • Knowledge of the feed market & scientific background in veterinary medicine / Animal Health.
  • Proven ability in handling Customer queries and solving Customer requests.
  • English communication skills and other languages preferred.
  • UAE driving license.
