What Will Your Day Look Like? 

The sales representative will be responsible for administering and selling products or services to assigned customers and territories, either directly or through a distribution network for our brand Grand Mills. Acts as the primary company contact, with a strong focus on driving sales and profit growth through the development and expansion of customer relationships.
  • Focus on achieving defined sales targets within the assigned category/area.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Recommend new product lines by identifying potential opportunities and suggesting improvements in products, packaging, or services.
  • Execute RADAR, the market intelligence system, to track competitors’ 5Ps activities (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People).
  • Manage accounts receivable proactively to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Take full responsibility for Client Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Ensure timely and accurate supply to customers.

  • Accurate and timely market condition analysis and reporting.
  • Competitor strategy tracking and timely reporting.
  • Zero overdue in collections.

  • Adherence to route plans and timely submission of call reports.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of practical field experience in the GCC region, ideally within the food sector or related industries such as FMCG or bakery.
Functional Knowledge & Skills:
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent human and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Goal- and results-oriented, with a high degree of self-reliance and initiative.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
 
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
