SAP Sales & Distribution Lead

The SAP SD Lead will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP's Process Sales & Distribution module. The role involves analysing business requirements, optimizing SD processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support to the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP applications and process manufacturing operations.

*. As a part of Agthia's Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap, SAP is one of the keyset enablers for process harmonization and efficiencies. Since Merges & Acquisition continue to be a priority within the company's growth strategy, SAP will play a growing role in those aspects.
*. D&T as a department is focused on customer experience, business acumen, among other things, and having a professional that can translate business needs into action and tangible business results will step change how we enable such strategies.
*. 100% of projects within D&T happen under Agile methodology, more specifically under the concept of DevOps. We are refining how we execute projects within the department and in collaboration with other functions. Bringing experience with Agile is a key differential for this role
*. Experienced in SAP SD module transactions, core and standard functionality, where to customize vs. not customize code, architecture integrating with different modules in SAP and commercial related software (e.g. Shopify, Boomi, Custom Applications).
*. Configure and maintain SAP SD module (e.g., Order Acquisition, Order Management, Pricing, Material Determination etc.) personally or leveraging outsourced partners
*. Ensure the SAP system is optimized for the organization's manufacturing processes.

Education 
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree or relevant certifications preferred

Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP Process Manufacturing applications.

Functional Knowledge 
*. Proven experience in managing S&D projects and teams using SAP Platform. 
*. Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
*. Strong Project Delivery experience using dev ops and agile methodology
*. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
