PURPOSE:

Responsible to lead Agthia Group SAP initiatives and ensure the efficient and strategic utilization of SAP solutions. With a focus on innovation, optimization, and alignment with business objectives and digital transformation, the SAP CoE Lead is driving technology excellence within our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute a forward-looking SAP strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP CoE, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP professionals, ensuring their growth and development.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the CoE.
• Oversee the SAP landscape, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Define and implement best practices to maximize the value of SAP solutions across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, enhancing overall efficiency.
• Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for SAP-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data security standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate and lead audits, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align SAP solutions accordingly.
• Drive business process improvements by leveraging SAP functionalities and identifying areas for optimization.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of SAP on business operations.
• Lead change management initiatives related to SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Promote user adoption and provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions.
• Manage relationships with SAP vendors and partners, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Stay informed about vendor roadmaps and product developments to inform the organization's technology strategy.
• Develop and manage the SAP CoE budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Ability to work and adopt the agile methodology followed by Agthia Agile office
• Previous experience on delivering SAP related project using Agile approach.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP solutions in a CPG or related industry.
• Proven track record in leadership roles within SAP Centre of Excellence or related areas.
• Expert knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the CPG sector (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
• Exceptional project management, change management, and strategic planning skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a strong asset.
