Order Processing Assistant

POSITION:

Assistant Logistics Coordinator

LOCATION:

Dubai

PURPOSE:

The Order Processing Assistant is responsible for managing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment while delivering a high standard of customer service. The role supports the end-to-end order management process by coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate order records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and validate customer orders accurately and on time using the ERP system.
• Monitor orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status, product availability, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues, stock shortages, and delivery constraints.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare order processing reports, monitor KPI’s, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Supply Chain, or Logistics, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of order management processes.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
