Maintenance Planner

POSITION:

• Maintenance Planner

LOCATION:

• Abu Dhabi

PURPOSE:

Maintenance Planner will be responsible for ensuring that business equipment and processes operate at optimal levels and meet the needs of the organization. Main goal is to increase equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop solutions for potential equipment issues before they occur by analyzing equipment failure data, identifying patterns and trends, and conduct
• Root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
• Develop and implement new maintenance procedures
• Find new technologies and processes that can improve equipment performance and reliability
• Strong understanding of systems, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to think creatively and present with innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning, scheduling, and organizing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 6 years of functional experience out of which 2-3 years in similar role.
• Strong Background in Maintenance planning and scheduling
• Good Knowledge of Automation and instrumentation systems
• Good understanding of maintenance processes
• Good knowledge of production processes
• Thorough knowledge of health & safety standards
• Experience in Project & Maintenance Management
