PURPOSE:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating different types of machines to ensure smooth and timely production. The role involves monitoring machine performance and ensuring that finished products are manufactured according to the required specifications and production schedule set by the Shift Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Start up, monitor, and shut down machines safely.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and production standards.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Report machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Record production data accurately.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and GMP requirements at all times.
• Minimize material waste and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Assist in changeovers and setup adjustments when required.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in machine operation.
• Good knowledge of technical components and functioning manufacturing machines
• knowledgeable in machine processes
