What Will Your Day Look Like? 

The Technician is responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of all Mechanical systems and technical equipment in the 5-gallon water production lines.

How Will You Make an Impact? 

• Perform different types of maintenance activities (preventive maintenance & planned corrective maintenance) for all production lines as per the schedule.
• Provide technical assistance to the production team, resolving any technical and mechanical issues on the lines and throughout the organization.
• Ensuring all technical systems adhere to health and safety standards, upgrading equipment when necessary.
• Ensure workspace is within Company’s GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ‘5S’ standards.
• Identify Hazards and report it to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure proper compliance with codes.
• Keep the records up to date with all the maintenance carried out.
• Achieve defined Maintenance KPI’s.

What Would Make You Successful? 

Minimum Qualifications & Minimum Experience:

• High School Certificate Mechanic Diploma.
• 4 years of experience in the food industry, 3 years similar role within Food & Beverage industry.
• Preferred experience or knowledge in 5-gallon bottling line:  robot, washer and filler equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Thorough understanding of production equipment.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety procedures.
